After getting failed in 10 2 how many time person can appear as private condidate in cbse board

last to last year i gave exam for 10 2 as a private condidate & i cnt pass last year i gave exam as private condidate & i again get failed now i want to ask cn i again reappear as private condidate in 10 2 & i have non medical
