After getting fired?

How long is it supposed to be until i get my paycheck? My work is making me wait till the next pay period which is every other week. I thought i was required to get it within 3 days.

The law varies by State.

Most states are "next scheduled pay peroid", but some are immediate, or 7 days, etc.

honestly depending on your state they can hold it would hold it for 30 days I would speak to a community service agent in your county it's free of charge

In California it is within a couple days. Most other states are the next regular pay period.
