m living in kuwait n having appointment in feb, 2008 for visa interview can i travel to pakistan after getting visa for USA with in 4 months of visa limit thx.

The immigrant visa is good for 6  months after the date of issue. Where you go and what you do up to the expiration date of your visa is entirely up to you, as long as you arrive in the US before the visa expires.
