  1. No alcohol thins your blood and you are trying to clot yours after surgery.  Also using a straw is a sure fire way to get dry sockets and that is really painful.

    Good luck,

  2. You have to wait?!!

  3. ummm u cant drink out of a straw you will get dry sockets!!! and you should probably wait until u are off the meds!!!

  4. I didn't wait...use a straw

  5. With wisdom teeth your more worried about food getting caught in the stitches. Alcohol does thin your blood so maybe wait a day or two until any bleeding has stopped but after that I don't see any reason why you couldn't have a drink.

  6. til your off the pain killers

edit: It's SOOOO important to NOT use a straw!! The suction will pull out your stiches and/or make you bleed!!

  7. about  3 days.if you are on meds you have to wait till they are gone
