After going to Singapore planning to go Canada too, when can i get my visa result in UK?

before going to Cayman, my aunties and my mom wants to go to Singapore, Canada, then Cayman, how long will it take for me to get back my original titles, and bankbooks and cheque book? I have to go back to Japan again after Cayman coz of my Business there...
