  2. depends what "good sleep" means to you. If its more than what you need you might get tired from being asleep. its happened to me...

  3. It happens only after having excessive s*x in nights, limit the s*x according to your age .. you will  definately feel goooooood

  5. means ur not eating and exercising well.. if u eat before u go to bed, drink a lot, smoke a lot etc ck ur lifestyle and u'll find the answer

  6. You may be getting more sleep than you actually require, which in turn makes you more tired than energized.  Aim for 7 - 8 hours, not less not more.  Maybe 1 or 2 more won't be bad on the weekends, though!

  7. OH! i hate that! this always happens to me, i will go to bed early and then wake up heaps tired. The funny thing is when i am up really late doing assignments or reading or something and i wake up in the morning, i feel fine....

    1.you dream

    2.you have you tv on and your brain wont turn off while asleep

    3.you are worries about something (stress)

    A way to prevent this is / have all lights around you off, have no music or tv on,empty your thoughts, and read a boring book if your still tired it's because you need breakfast

  13. i used to be like that. i used to sleep 8pm til 10 am and still be shattered.my doc said that i probably slept toooo much he advised me to have between 6-8 hrs kip, it took a few weeks to get used to less sleep but it worked. also try to do about 10mins exercise on the mornings this will give you energy and dont miss breckfast

  17. maybe that's the reason. if u sleep more that u actually need that also makes u tired and sleppy. otherr factor depend if u are eating right or just over working. set a time to sleep or certain hours and eat when u should and healthy.

  18. This is the experiance had with me and hope it can solve ur problem. Generally people go to bed immediatly after taking their dinner. When we take any food it takes the digestive system at least 3to 4hours to digest. When we take the dinner immediatly we feel drowsy and we go to bed. We feel drowsy because the blood in ou body concentrates to the stomach part i mean the digestive system and we feel sleepy and go to sleep mentally. But the body is still woirking to digest the food we take, it takes the sufficient time and then rest, mean while our kidneys function and our bladder is full and we go fo the toilet and our sleep disturbs and we feel sleepy still after we wake up. So take ur dinner early on or before 6pm and take less fluids in the night. u can feel the difference....pls do it and experiance this......

    No one wants to awake early in the morning; as no body wants to work after such a sound sleep.  

  20. This is because you are young. Young people are very sleepy because they are growing and developing muscle and bones.
