After having a baby do you or anyone else ever even celebrate your birthday anymore?

Or do they even care? I am only just curious. I am due September 5th with our first baby :) a boy :) my birthday is actually September 4th. I was just thinking to myself if anyone would even care or notice or really anything to do with my birthday after the baby especially since he will be born so close to mine. I am not selfish and wouldn't mind terribly (though its nice to get some kind of acknowledgement lol) the only reason I was curious is because I know all the other kind of holidays and things they pretty much become all about your children. Which I won't mind either.
