after my dog gave birth to 10 lab pups! back in march, she did very well, but unfortunately developed mastitis aswell as overproduction in milk, she has been left with quite a 'saggy' undercarriage - is there any particular helpful exercise i could get her doing? or any other advice on the matter.....btw i love my dog if it cant be fixed, no probs - i'll still love her!

  1. Unfortunately some b*tches don't go back to how they were before having a litter.  Apart from a milk-bar tuck (I'm joking!!) there isn't much, that I know about, to be done.  Exercise and restricting her diet, keeping her trim will help, but otherwise I'm not aware of anything.  I think she may still go back a bit yet because if she had the puppies in March, add on 4/5 weeks to that for rearing them, and it maybe still early days since that all stopped.

Now I wait for all those who know of just the solution - given it's been a few years now since my last litter - lol

  2. Some go back and just have larger nipples but some like mine have saggy skin. It just depends on the dog, you cant excercise it away its skin.
