  1. The severity of the erectile dysfunction depends on the type of surgery, stage of cancer, and skill of the surgeon.

If the nerve-sparing technique is used, recovery from erectile dysfunction may occur within the first year following the procedure. Recovery of erectile function after a non-nerve-sparing surgery is unlikely, but possible.

  2. In spite of Robert B's optimism, yes, Dorothy, there may be a Santa Clause...it depends on the extent of nerve damage from the surgery and any residuals of chemotherapy (and of course how many "r"s you put in erections)...best wishes

  3. Ask your Dr.

  4. i believe so, go see a urologist or if u dont have insurance which i assume u do cause the surgery go to ur local s*x store and buy a pump and rings...

  5. you'll be LUCKY if you have a p***s and BALLS

  6. You may dribble urine after surgery. you should be able to have an erection. it may take a while . Practice Kegel exercises should help you back in shape faster.
