How long did you bleed?I had my daughter 3 weeks ago from today and am no longer bleeding.is this good?My first daughter I had bleed for 6 weeks.I had c sections.

First off, congratulations!

Bleeding can last anything from 2 weeks onwards, sounds like your uterus has shrunk pretty quick. Look out for a sudden change though, bleeding may return at this stage if you overdo it.

I bled for six weeks after giving birth to my daughter, it seemed to disappear from four weeks, then returned but tapered off to nothing.

Breastfeeding can hekp your uterus to contract and expel blood quicker, perhaps this is what has happened to you?

I'd say its normal I had both my girls vaginally and with the 2nd I bleed for about 3wks as well

Hmm well I haven't had a C-section, but with my baby I think I bled for about 4 weeks, and the last week of that was light bleeding.

If you aren't bleeding anymore, I wouldn't be complaining! Maybe you are just healing faster this time. Which is good!!

i had a vag birth and i bleed for 3 weeks give or take and im normal!

I was told it could be 2 weeks or 2 months but the amount should slowly decrease over time. I bled for 4 weeks. Also,even though I was breast feeding, I got my period the next month! I had my little one on march 7th and got a period April 17th!
