  1. guess you haven't read any of my opinions which are that McCain now makes Obama look good and because of Palin, I wouldn't vote for the republican ticket if they both were the last men on earth.  She makes my skin crawl.  I would be interested though in knowing beforehand, who she'd pick for her VP.

  2. what was so great about her? she cant even talk with confidence. You gotta sell your product.

  3. She has a very optimistic presence which helps others to feel optimistic.  A lot of people were unsure about her because they knew little about her and hadn't heard her speak before.  After last night, she clearly fits right in and can hold her own in the political spotlight.

It may not pull in a lot of other voters but it is motivating the conservative base. I'd like to point out that over 60% of the nation considers themselves a conservative, so that strategy is not necessarily a bad one.

  4. Because we identify with her.

I am one of those people who was voting against Obama now I am voting for someone that resonates with me.

Sarahbot! and proud to be one!

  5. I'm still voting against Obama, Sarah is just the icing on the cake. GO JOHN MCCAIN !!!!!!!!!!!

  6. Oh yes, the stuff one could pull out of ones rear is phenomenal

  7. That is crazy.  The American Presidency is the hardest job in the world.  Why would we pick average people who lead "regular guy" lives instead of picking the smartest people for the job.  Experience is such an overrated concern.  The smartest people will pick lots of advisors with lots of experience and they will make the right decisions.

  8. Palin balances McCain's moderateness with strong conservative principles.  She unites the Republican party in a way that Obama and Biden can only talk about.  Obama has been parading around the country for 3 years (wasn't he supposed to be in the Senate during that time?) eloquently speaking about "change", yet his first real test as a presidential candidate was to nominate a 30+ year Washington insider.  Where is the "change"?  Note to Senator Obama actions speak louder than words.

  9. Because they've found their "new star"

AWWW. SARAH-BOTS HAVE BEEN BORN !

  10. Because McCain is not conservative enough for me. He sides with the Dems and I wasn't even going to bother to vote this year until Palin. Now since he has made such a good choice in Palin, I have new found respect for McCain. McCain-Palin will win in a landslide!

  11. No idea.  She didn't touch on any important issues.  Such as health care and education.  Come on Sarah, we get you want to be a celebrity, but please.

  12. this is why I would NEVER vote for Palin...

    Her views on Abortion:

Palin is Strongly Pro-life and, since 2006, a member of Feminists for Life. She is opposed to abortion in all cases (including rape and incest)

Palin was asked what she would do if her own daughter were raped and became pregnant; she responded that she would "choose life".She and her husband stated that they had "faith that every baby is created for a good purpose. In July 2006 she wrote, "I am pro-life. With the exception of a doctor’s determination that the mother’s life would end if the pregnancy continued."

    Her views on s*x Education:

According to CNN, in 2006 Palin supported abstinence-only s*x education in Alaskan schools. She wrote, "Explicit s*x-ed programs will not find my support," on a questionnaire while running for governor in 2006.

    Her views on g*y Marriage:

Alaska was one of the first U.S. states to pass a constitutional ban on g*y marriage, in 1998.Whilst campaigning for election as Governor of Alaska in 2006, Palin declared that she supported the 1998 constitutional amendment, although she said she has GOOD FRIENDS who are g*y and does not wish to judge g*y people.

in her first legislative act, Palin signed a bill ordering a non-binding referendum for a constitutional amendment to deny health and retiree benefits to same-s*x partners.

Her views on the Wildlife and Nature:

Palin has strongly promoted oil and natural gas resource development in Alaska, including opening the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge

    In 2007,

Palin supported the Alaska Department of Fish and Game policy allowing Alaska state biologists to hunt wolves from helicopters as part of a predator control program

In January 2008, Palin wrote an opinion column for The New York Times in which she opposed The Listing of Polar Bears as an Endangered Species, claiming that she had based her position on a comprehensive review of expert scientific opinion.

State biologists have disagreed that such support exists.

Her views on the War on Terror:

Gov. Palin recently stated about the current war in Iraq:"I've been so focused on state government, I haven't really focused much on the war in Iraq. I heard on the news about the new deployments, and while I support our president, Condoleezza Rice and the administration, I want to know that we have an exit plan in place".

Palin has tied the war to the quest for new energy supplies, saying, "We are a nation at war and in many [ways] the reasons for war are fights over energy sources, which is nonsensical when you consider that domestically we have the supplies ready to go

    her views on Firearms:

Palin is a strong proponent of the Second Amendment, and supports gun-safety education for children.

Palin is a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association, and is popular among gun rights activists.

  13. She read telepromter good.

She hot in a MILF kinda way.

She appeal to repitlian brain in a GOP kinda way.

  14. I think Matthews said it best this morning..."they're on a sugar rush."

  15. I think there is a looming unspoken truth in action here.

Obama has a target on his back and McCain is cancerous tumor with legs. The fact is both have one foot in a hole and the other on a banana peel. That makes the Veep position more critical than ever.

Palin gave fence sitters confidence whereas Biden's experience is viewed as more of the some old politics.

  16. Ok I believe U

  17. Because many Americans love to hate, and Palin is one of the most hateful creatures I've ever encountered.

  18. Why would you support a fundamentalist? Don't just listen to the nonsense coming out of her mouth. Do the research. Spend the time looking into things before you come to conclusions. Our generalization of fundamentalism is founded, and supporting fundamentalist republicans any further will inevitably result in civil war and/or the destruction of this country.

I will not tolerate your paradigm. I think you will find most of this nation agreeing with me.

  19. Because they like her naked pictures on the internet and they approve of her extramarital affair with her husband's business partner. But what do you expect? They're Republicans... not exactly the family values crowd anymore.
