  1. 4 years undergraduate college; take exams to be accepted into medical school; 4 years med school; 1 year internship; 4 years residency; exam to be licensed.  (college prof)

  2. you can get accepted in universities with especial programs that allow students do undergraduate and medical school in 6, 7, 8, years respectively. It all depends of the school of your choice, but as you asked No, you actually can't go to medical school right after high school. You need to go through undergraduate studies and then you can apply to Med School.

  3. College than med school..

  4. College for about 4 years then medical school.
