  1. Think its about 3yrs...

  2. 5 years

  3. Applicants refused visas  may reapply for a visa. When they do, they will have to show further evidence of their ties or how their circumstances have changed since the time of the original application. It may help to answer the following questions before reapplying: (1) Did I explain my situation accurately? (2) Did the consular officer overlook something? (3) Is there any additional information I can present to establish my residence and strong ties abroad?

If Nothing has changed I would wait atleast a Year to reapply for a Visa or it might be denied again

    Good Luck

  4. What circumstances have changed which would make you eligible now when you weren't before?  Why were you denied?  Insufficient funds?  Planning an unreasonably long trip (how long a vacation does your job provide, 2 weeks?)

Unless you have a substantial change that you believe should make you qualified for the visa, do not bother applying again.  If you get refused again, your file gets flagged and another denial becomes almost automatic.  Remember, a denial is already on your record.  You have to correct whatever is wrong to have any chance of acceptance on a subsequent application.
