If your partner is your married or unmarried partner the probationary period of leave to remain in the UK is 2 years.  After that your partner can apply for ILR if your relationship is still subsisting.  You will need to prove that this is the case and that you can continue to maintain and accommodate yourselves without help from public funds.

  5. 2 years after the spouse/unmarried partner's visa issued. provided you are still living together, and you can show that you can maintain n accommodate her still.
