Question:

After i put extra blue shock in my pool after a day its still cloudy/milky when is going to clear up?

i did the test strips and it says its fine maybe i have to wait at least 2-3 days but my dads pool did the same thing and his cleared up over night

  1. Most pool and snooker tables are green, so I would be very worried if it was milky.  I couldn't imagine what was splashed on it.


  2. Obviously you messed up by not reading the directions right.  You know like you did when you posted this question in a snooker & pool section.

  3. I agree with the other posters you aren't the first.

    Take a sample down to the store and have it tested. It's always free. Sounds like you have a lot of calcium in your water.

  4. My first peice of advice? Post this question again in a section devoted to the kind of pool you are talking about. Not the section about snooker and pool, which are sports.
