  1. You are already considered an adult because you have a child.  You are an emancipated child since you are making decisions for your own child.


  2. Umm, yeah, there is no need to wait.  It can be done now.  My state offers to do it through the mail.  There is paperwork that has to be filled out by both of you, but it can be done.

  3. YES HE CAN JUST GO TO BIRTH/DEATH RECORDS IN UR CITY AND THEY CHARGE LIKE $15-$20 TO CHANGE IT YOU CAN ALSO CAN UR CHILD'S LAST NAME TO HIS AS WELL I DID IT WITH MY SON

  4. the father can sign the birth certificate now, or later. you will have to fill out paperwork of course and file it.  it has nothing to do with your age. you are not automatically considered an adult if you have a baby like the previous response stated.
