After i updated my psp 4.5, all games were gone,but still hav all games in cso format in ISO folder.help,TY?

If you mean that you had homebrew or emulated games on the PSP, then they don't work on the newer firmware.

If you updated your psp to the real 4.5 update and not the hacked custom firmware, you will have to start the entire modding process over again.  Normal PSPs are not able to play CSO or ISO format games from the memory stick.
