  1. No not at all, i am curently enjoying watching Australia and West Indies tour and it is not weird at all...

    You see i did not watch 1 IPL match so that is why its not weird to me....

No, it will not b weird, but my feeling is that it will take some time gettimg used to watch players play for their national teams, becoz we r so used 2 see these players playing 4r their teams in IPL i.e the finalists Chennai Super Kings & Rajashtan Royals. The IPL has got so much popularity, glamour with various franchisese, their brand ambassdors, international star players etc. So it will take time to get the mindset to watch players perform their national duties.

  6. No, it won't be weird. EPL/Champions league is the basis for IPL. When they play for their countires it doesn't seem weird. Same thing applies to IPL also. In the same time playing for a league team and national team are different. Playing for country is the top most honour for one.

  7. Not really. In fact, for those who have been following the IPL, it will be possible to appreciate the foreign players who played in the IPL. For all you know, some players might come to India while playing for their country, and actually feel comfortable at certain grounds, as their 'home grounds'. Like Graeme Smith at Jaipur or Sanath at Mumbai!!!!

  12. Yes it was good to see the camaraderie built up from players from different countries, novices to older well established stars.  That was a success.  Now I will have to wait till next year.
