  1. because your legs get used to jumping big, high heights - and when you try to jump on the ground, they suddenly ache because of stopping...

  2. cuz when u jump on a trampoline the trampoline bounces u far off the ground, but the ground can't do that.

  3. Because you are used to the trampoline bouncing up and down for you and the ground can not do that for you

  4. Because the ground doesn't bounce.

  5. I was just on a trampoline like 5 days ago! Its because when you jump on a trampoline your not really bouncing its just bouncing for you. And when you jump on the ground its your legs. But when u get of the trampoline you still think that you dont have to jump as hard. But you do. So it feels like your feet are cement rocks. Try bouncing before you go on a trampoline and then when you get off you can tell a REALLLY big difference. When I tried jumping I thought I was jumping really low, but that is only cause the weight you feel and because of how high you can jump on a tramoline. Hope this answers you question!
