I just got hit on the inside of my left knee and it is swollen very badly. I can straighten it, but have a lot of trouble bending in. The inside where i was hit hurts like crazy when i bend it and it feels like it wants to slip out. However, I can put weight on it with a decent splint, or even just a nice brace. Should I wait until the swelling is completely gone before doing my own bending and stretching exercises, then weight training?
