  1. no i'm sorry i just know of things not to eat while your preog. are you planning of breast feeding or something?

  2. After you have the baby, you can eat pretty much whatever you want.  The only things you have to watch for are allergies, and tastes.  Sometimes your baby can be allergic to things that you eat or dislike the taste of your milk if you have eaten something that produces a strong taste.  Of course, if you are breastfeeding, you still want to avoid alcohol and drug use, as they can come out in the breastmilk.  Sometimes babies will react to strong tastes such as garlic or onions, so you may want to go easy on these as your baby gets used to having breast milk.  If you are using formula, you don't have to worry about things that you eat, as it will not affect the baby.

  3. No, But sometimes if you breastfeed then you shouldn't ALWAYS eat spicy stuff

  4. I actually heard that garlic helps your milk production, and that babies like the taste.  Strong tastes won't hurt your baby, and they'll have no problem with them.

As everyone is saying, the only things to avoid (if you'll be breastfeeding) are alcohol and drugs.  Certain medications as well, like Aspirin, and I think most Cough medicines.  (Regular strength Tylenol and Ibuprofen are ok though).

  5. From my own experience:

Be careful with chocolate - this will give baby major spotty face!

Cabbage, onions could have a bad effect on babys tummy if breastfeeding.

Fruit juice - in small amounts as my baby ended up with diarrhea because they told me to drink lots of fluid and I drank lots!!!

The trick is to be careful what you eat and if baby has a bad day it could be something you ate if you are breastfeeding if your not then you have no concerns about what you eat.

  6. fish

  7. i ate anything and everything i felt like. the only thing are the usual things u cant do like alchol and drugs.

  8. If you are breastfeeding you aren't supposed to eat garlic, broccoli ,  spicy foods, alcohol or coffee. The flavors get into your breastmilk and can upset your baby's stomach. The book "What to Expect When You're Expecting" has a complete list of foods to avoid while nursing.

  9. you can eat anything if its right after maybe some toast or soup something light not to heavy but after that what ever your heart desires good luck!!
