I have to agree with justme, as to where you would get better information.  Just to add.. many genealogists WISH they could communicate with the spirits, since it would very llikely be of great help to learn facts that we are not able to find records of.

My daughters do brag to their friends that their mom 'digs up' dead persons, and as kids, they often played in cemeteries while mom was 'working'.  They were very sneaky to see the shocked looks from their friends, and waited several minutes before explaining what family history is, and involves.  Some of their friends avoided me for a long time.
