I made red velvet cup cakes the other night. Brought them to work over the weekend and my co workers loved them! The recipe called for 16 oz of cream cheese...and now I have a medium sized bowl full of cream cheese icing ready to be used. What else can I do with it?

  2. True. Make a carrot cake, put the cream cheese frosting on it,  and bring that to work. =)

  3. Make a carrot cake or pumpkin bars and use the frosting for one of those.

  4. Pumpkin cake is good with it.

Here is a recipe , you could divide it.

It calls for canned pumpkin NOT canned pumpkin pie mix.

  5. Fall on your knees and thank God you didn't eat it.

  6. Save for use later...up to a week in fridge or freeze it.

  7. Make a carrot cake and frost it with the cream cheese icing.  Take a store bought frozen pound cake and frost it with the icing.  Dip whole strawberries in it (you may need to thin out the frosting with a little milk for a dip able consistency).  Or have a fruit tray and use the thinned out icing as your fruit dip.

  8. bake a carrot cake!!

  9. use it as a dip! get some graham crackers or plain ginger cookies and put the icing on it. i think it would taste great, yum :D

  10. put it in a container in the freezer you can use it later.I've seen it done by pastry chefs so it must be fine.cream cheese alone becomes crumbly .

  11. eat it.

  12. make some more!!!!!!  or just eat it, lmao....
