After men straighten their hair, does it look weird?

I have sort of puffy and curly hair and i want it straight. But if i use a straightener will it make me look like a girl and will people be able to tell that i have straightened my hair? Are there straighteners for men that you can buy?

Please tell me if there are other ways of straightening my hair and keeping it straight through out the day with using a straightener.

I hate my hair and straighten it everyday products are cool now and should hold the style all day (they do it on big brother!!)

have you tried blow drying it straight? if you use a straightener dont straighten it completely straight down, turn it at the end so it curls out a little, im sure you can get it to look right, maybe have a girl help you

i actualyy love straightened hair ;] it really depends how long or greasy your hair will be

because if its too long then you look like a girl.. but if its too greasy its just gross.

i think ppl will be able to tell if it looks too long and greasy

yes!! i think it looks weird. you can tell but if you prefer your straight then you'll be more confident. thats always a bigger plus.

i guess it depends on how long it is

and what you use

like if you use conditioner and things as that, it can look dry and straight

but you can tell you straightened it

if you only use regular or strength shampoo, and straighten, you probally cant even tell that it was straightened

it really just depends on what you use in your hair, and how you do it.

i doubt youll look like a girl. there arent men straighteners. just get a small one. like a one inch. maake sure to use heat protection so you dont fry your hair. im sure itll look good people will be able to tell...because they knwo your hair is curly. but idk if strangers will be able to
