  1. yeah it should be fine. usually beer has an expiration date.

  2. that depends on whether or not its been opened.  if its been opened, then gotten warm, then you try to re-chill it, it wont be spoiled, it will just be flat.  but if you bought a cold case of beer or had a bottle pulled out of the fridge and it got warm without opening it, you can re-chill it again and it will be fine.  it will taste normal and still be carbonated.

  3. The old rumor that if you fluctuated temperatures on bottled or canned beer that you ended up ruining it, is largely just that: a rumor.  There is some truth that carbonation can be effected, but all bottled or canned beer is air-tight ... so the CO2 can't really go anywhere.  From a carbonation standpoint, it is always best to serve beer at cooler temperatures.  Cold liquid holds carbonation better than warm liquid.

If you're worried about it, I would recommend trying an experiment.  Buy a six pack of cold beer, put 5 in the fridge, and leave 1 out overnight.  Put it back in the fridge in the morning, and take it out again at night.  Repeat a couple of times, then do the old "Pepsi Challenge".  Drink this beer right next to one of your 5 continuously cold beers.  I tried this for about 4 times, and I didn't notice a significant difference. I thought I could perceive a small change in the CO2, but it wasn't a blind taste-test so it could have been mental...

  4. You will loose lots of the carbonation. The taste is going to be "flat" if nothing else. "Bad" is a relative word and relates to tasting so bad that you will not want to drink it. Really bad implies that the flies have started to lay eggs in it because it smells dead.

  5. warm beer can be chilled in a fridge if unopened. once it's warm in will taste skuky, and flat, it can't be chilled after that

  6. Just me...after beers been cold...then gotten warm.rechilled..it's nasty...(maybe it's just me)
