After my fiancee gets a k-1 visa,how long can she stay in her native country?

The 90 day period in which you must marry starts when she enters the US. As previously stated, she has 6 months.

Check on the validity date given on her visa.Normally it is 6 months.I would advise you not to let her leave her native country to the very last day of her visa validity to cover for any unforseen delays like flight cancellations.

6 months.  If she hasn't used the visa within 6 months it's no longer any good.  There are no extensions.
