  1. I've been wondering that too, since back in the 1970's they were saying there was only a 30 or 40 year supply of oil left. Now you never hear a word about it. What I've done to get around that is to buy 2 vehicles that run only on natural gas (methane). They were made in the factory by Ford in 1999 and 2000, and are like any other car out there except for the fuel used. It's much cheaper and much cleaner than gasoline, and I wish more were available out there. So, don't worry about it, just buy something else and laugh all the way to the bank with your savings from not having to buy gasoline!

  2. Can not give you the exact plan, just like we have diesel and gas now, we also have electric, hydrogen, natural gas, solar, etc now, just not as possible. Most people do not realize the first cars used steam power just like trains. We also use oil to make plastics. How about this question, what do we do without plastics...hmm...hard questions abound, but are necessary to get the ideas flowing. Bottom line, every one needs to push the government to REQUIRE progress and penalize those that fall behind. Recycling should be mandatory. 97% of everything is recycliable. Make plastic back into plastic, do not bury it in the ground and expect it to go away...stupid. So, to answer your question, what source of energy will we be using for cars....water, fuel cells, solar, and just maybe, old fashioned steam. Hope that was a good answer. Enjoy your new wisdom. Take care. Hope that helped.

  3. After the fossil fuels run out we will use electricity, solar, and gasses like methane produced in our landfills.

  4. We don't know how oil is made, it's possible that it is continually made deep in the earth.

    We may NEVER run out.

To stop using the absolute cheapest form of energy out there, and force people to switch to expensive, dangerous forms, is the insanity of the liberals.

If we ever did run out, then we'd easily make the switch overnight to whatever was next cheapest.  No government goons or Al Gore nutcases needed.

  5. Do U understand that Mother Nature has a water cycle. Then the plants and how they recycle CO2 to oxygen. Another part of this the plants also recycle fossil fuel. The plants keep the C which is natures way of storing energy from the sun. There is olive oil and many oils. All oil  comes from plants.

  6. Comon people we're Americans, We're smarter than this. This is nothing more than a 70's repeat, These oil goon's in washington in conjunction with OPEC has put it to us again. They'll s***w us for a season then all will calm down we'll become callas to what happened and we'll start all over trying to rebuild our life's. This c**p has been going on for 200 years and until we stand up for the weak among us and call for the heads of these tyrants this will continue un checked, and our kids will continue suffering., All Conservatives are dirty/NWO and about 1/3 of the liberals are as well. So learn to decipher the difference between the good and the bad...

  8. there are so many alternatives solar power, electric, nuclear, pressurised liquids.....

most people say that we can use it hardly for 100 years...it all depends on how we use..

                              "try to conserve"

  9. Oil will never run out because there will come a breaking point where it becomes too expensive to extract and refine from the ground.  Some people think we're already almost out of the 'cheap oil' and are moving to more expensive sources such as shale.  At some point in the future, oil will be too expensive to extract so what's left will stay in the ground in favor of less expensive alternatives which should be pretty well developed by then.

  10. first off my freind there is no current shortage of petrol the current problem stems from a weak economy from the Americas speculators on the markets and price gouging be that as it may by the time it even comes close to running it out it will be so expensive that only the corporations will be able to buy it to run things like planes and machinery are cars will long be on electric or solor power by then

  11. * There is no "scientific consensus" on global warming

    * Climate is always changing – with or without man

    * The Medieval Warm Period was significantly warmer than temperatures today – and was a golden age for agriculture, innovation, and lifespan

    * Most of Antarctica is actually getting colder

    * Hurricanes are not getting worse – our tendency to build houses in their path is getting greater

    * Many big businesses lobby for global warming policies that will increase their profits – and our costs

    * The media only recently abandoned the "global cooling" scare

    * The real agenda behind the "global warming" scare? A massive expansion of government control over the economy and our lives

  12. As before, during a crisis we are shown many alternatives and they look great but mysteriously never seem to make it to market or they have serious strings attached that keep their numbers very low...this time is no different and have you noticed, many are saying they will be in production by 2010...what's with that?

The world has been here many times before but this time the public has to use their wallets and say no more to the old ways that keep putting them right back into this same mess again and again.
