If you can get a job in CRM (Cultural Resource Management) with an associates degree, then try for that.  Check out archaeologyfieldwork.com and shovelbums.org for job postings.  However, I would recommend you continue your education and get at least a bachelors degree in anthropology with a focus in archaeology.  Good luck!
