After restore the iphone its not shoing the icons

Question

when i restore the iphone it was reastarted automatically.so when the phone was ON it ask me to put the sim card.so i put the sim now it is only showing the phonekeypad through which we r dialling the number and the slide.no icons nothing but catching the signal of our own country line.you can call but u can cannot go to to the main menuso plz help for this.
