When I finished running, I went to sleep. But as soon as I woke up, my left foot was paining and not my right feet. I don't what it is because it won't go away. Is there any way to get rid of the pain because I took pain reliever, rubbed vapor rub, and ice on it?

Here is a picture of where the pain hurts me:

It hurts everytime I walk. But when I don't walk, there is no pain.

  1. LOL nice pic, you'll get used to it or its time to get new shoes or new socks, or run somewhere else

  2. Maybe because you did not do any warm-up before you ran.

Why? Have you done some warm-ups before you ran? If not ... that's the reason why it pains after.

  3. Looks as though you ran on your foot incorrectly. Make sure you have good running shoes with lots of support, and that you are not supporting your weight on the front part of your foot.

Take a break from running for a couple days, and it should clear up. If you're still having issues, see a specialist as it might be something more serious.

  4. Go to a foot spa.. or a reflexologist. I'm sure its muscle pain because of your shoe. It'll naturally go away anyway but to be sure go to a doctor, you might just have something more.

  5. you did one thing right and that was too ice your foot. take any pain relievers sometime cause more problem. it could be a # of things: starting with your shoe. was it the proper shoe to go running in? what surface did you run up, down or on? do u run on the side of your foot more than the ball? were you an athlete before who's memory is still fast and strong but baby not ready for the once was? this the case you could have over done it. rubbing with heat or just massaging a new injury can make it worse.

ice 2 time per day for 3 days rest it as much as possible

place a towel and the floor in the second to third day and use your toe in a grip and pull motion to gather up the 1/2 of towel in front of foot the rest or bottom of foot on the ground. this can be done from a sitting position. do this once a day for the 2  remaining days. if u have no result see your physician.

you can get much information in this website, kindly stay a minute in website and check anyone link at a time, and you can aslo get your question answer in Google Search in this website, which has already helped me very much.

  7. ice it.

  8. i usually wear skating shoes all the time and when i run my feet hurt there too so wear different shoes when you run

  9. i would have it checked out. if you've been alternating ice and heat while also taking pain reliever then it's probably something more serious. i had a similar situation when i was in high school. i used to do ballet and i guess i kept landing on my foot wrong and after a while i starting having this dull pain everytime i walked. it was so acute that i could pinpoint where it was hurting.

i saw a podiatrist and had an MRI done but they didn't find anything. it eventually went away but to this day i'm convinced it was a stress fracture.

see if your doctor can recommend a podiatrist in your area. definitely no running in the meantime--that'll only make it worse!

  10. shut up u pansy suck it up and run woooow. thats wat happens when u start running of course ur gonna be sore at first. man up!
