I feel really bloated after running, and i get these cramps that feel like period cramps every time. is this normal? what is it?

  1. to avoid cramps, don't gulp a sports drink before a race. take small sips of water if you need to, but not too many. if you drink too much, you might get cramps, so take it easy.

    also, once you're done running, don't sit down. do a few 60 meter easy striders to cool down. then, make sure to stretch out really well so you're muscles don't stiffen up.

  2. do you rehydrate quickly? also sometimes if you eat or drink too close to running, you can feel uncomfortable afterwards.

  3. before you run don't drink!

    you get cramps for that.

    also after you run don't sit down..walk it out

    [i used to drink and i always got cramps, and i always sat down after race and ugh it hurts... ]
