After school i have lot of spare time and i don't have anything to do

you should learn to play a musical instrument, it's a good emotional outlet and it's very appealing to the opposite s*x.  Guitar is a great example.  Guitar will always be cool, and they are easy to take with you wherever you go. If you can sing and play guitar? there's no way you'll ever go without a date.

You should take up at least ONE after-school activity - I regretted doing that later.  Something that meets once/twice a week at least.  

Get a part-time job.
