  1. try to look at this site http://www.google.com/ it's help you

  2. I don't know which country you are in, I am guessing India.  But anyway, I have done after-school programs in the US with a non-profit organization.  With a non-profit, you apply for 501 c 3 status and you are eligible for grants and funders, and it also easier to sell your program as a gov't agency program.

What we did was go do home visits with family we know or that were on our agency's listserv since it was a large community agency.  Then we went out to do outreach at restaurants, churchs, etc and advertise our program or put up flyers.  As for schools, you can contact the board of education, or the main offices of local schools directly and ask them.  But sometimes if you don't work with the schools, they won't help you.  And you have to go through hard work and other meanings going around the community where the kids are.  Best thing is to meet influential community people and pay them outreach.

that's a great thing you're doing tho, best of luck!

  3. Contact the Assistant Superintendent at the school districts./
