  1. Yes he can.

  2. Yes, why not. But the main oint is why would Bush opt. to be a Vice-President As he already served the nation on a Higher position i.e The PRESIDENT.

You know what i'm sayin... If you still didn't get this you can ask more about this from me.

  3. no

  4. no. its impossible.

  5. No it is against the Constitution

  6. I think the Vice President has to be eligible to also be president in case the current president were to die, for example.  Since Bush has served two terms then he cannot be vice president.  However, d**k Cheney can be Vice President forever since there is no rule against however many terms a vp can serve.

  7. No, to be eligible for VP you have to be eligible to be president without exception. since bush has been president twice he cannot be VP. Also a president who served 1.5 terms cannot run again. a VP who becomes president more than halfway through the former president's term may run for 2 additional terms but may not serve more than 2 and a half terms total.

  8. He can't because the constitution clearly states that a person serving as vice president and having ascended to the presidency because of the president leaving office less then two years into a term can only serve one term of there own presidency, since Mr. Clinton served 2 terms of his own, he is ineligible.

  9. NO cause say something happens to the president than the vice president has to take over which would mean a third term

  10. NO. After you have held the top job, you retire or make speeches, and write books.  And in Clintons case, hose the ladies as many as you can.

  11. Why would he want to after 8 years of being called anything but human by the  anti-American Liberals?

No!  A President cannot serve 2 consecutive terms and, if he had to fill the office of a deceased president, while he was VP, he would be stepping into his own 3rd term.

    It would violate the Constitution.

  12. He can not be VP (or  Bill Clinton could not either if you want to  give equal time for Democrats). However he could,if he wanted, run for just about any other political position. There have been presidents in the past that went back to congress and one, Taft, became a Supreme Court justice.

Most just go in to retirement, make speeches and  get a library.

  13. No. The Vice President has to be eligible for the President's job. Thus, Arnold Schwarzenegger could not be a Vice President. Bush, who has served two terms, could not.

The 25th amendment clarifies all that.

There is not limit on being a Cabinet member nor a Senator. Bush could do those things, but I suspect his best income will come from giving public speeches and serving on the board of directors of corporations.

  14. No they can not

He can be other things but he can not be the Pres or the VP after Jan 20 of next year

  15. If he did, I doubt it would look good if the president was assassinated. People would have doubts about VPs Bush's innocence.
