After shaving my mustache it still looks dark?

Hi my upper lip / mustache area looks darker then my other skin.

Everytime i shaved and got everything smooth , it looks like i still have a mustach , just by color even tho its all clean.

I use a waterproof razor for in the shower so i get less irritate skin.

Also considered blades however after i shaved its really all smooth

its just the skin that looks somehow darker , so i dont think blades would make a difference.

I shave only once a week or less , so its deffinitly not becuz of the fact that i shave too often.

I've read all the questions , suggesting blades , getting a tan and all of that , including waxing however i doubt i can wax my mustache / beard area without my face being swollen for the next few weeks.

My hair is dark brown and i just turned 20.

I just dont get how people get flawless skin like zac efron for example.

How can i prevent this or fix the darker skin around my upper lip?

If you have this problem yourself and you know an answer for it

please let me know. I alrdy read the other 'answers' on here but they dont work , or are ridiculous: like getting the skin tattooéd by the same color of ur normal skin lol.

This would give a permanent mustach to anyone who's face would get a tan or get more pale during the winter.

Im looking for something to fix this on your own , without lazer treatment , since im a guy.

Thanks for your help.
