After taking Neurobion for 1 week+, recently i started to feel weakness in my feft foot. should i stop taking?

I start to have this after taking Neurobion. I'm 17 yrs old. Doc Prescribe it to me.

The Doses contain

B1 - 100Mg

B6 - 200Mg

B12 - 200 Mcg

When you are taking medications - it is always good to keep your doctor informed of how you feel.  Talk to your doctor - you might have side effects of the drug.  Your medication might need to be adjusted.

None of those vitamins should cause weakness. You need to see your doctor about this.  THe B6 is borderline high.  Too much B6 causes a ganglionopathy, and you lose sensation, permanently, primarily in the feet and legs.
