  1. Why restrict yourself to institutes like IIMs and Symbiosis where a lot of fresh college grads get in, when you can look at Indian School of Business, Hyderabad which is among the Top 20 B-schools in the world. In fact, one of the prerequisites for admission is 2 years full-time work experience after graduation. But it is a lot of experienced people that actually manage to get in, and the average work experience of the admitted batch is 5 years. With your experience, you should be mingling with experienced industry professionals who have enrolled for a world-class  management education, instead of early 20-something prodigies who just finished college and cracked the CAT. Plus, you can also stay with your family on campus.

If you re still looking at the IIMs, try the Executive MBA level PGP-X One Year Post-Graduate Programme in Management for Executives program offerd by IIM Ahmedabad. The average age of the PGP-X participant is roughly 33 years and 10 years of work experience.

    Hope this helped!
