This guy had to be one of the best corner backs for the longest period of time..........don't think we will ever see a corner play as long as him (20 years) and yet at such a high level. What do you think?

  1. i would say the DeAnglo Hall is the closest corner to Green that i ever seen.

  2. Considering the average NFL career is 3 years, someone like Darrell Green is very special indeed.

My first memory of him was the 1983 NFC Divisional playoff game where the Redskins wiped the floor with the Rams.  In the 4th quarter, Green intercepts a Vince Ferragamo pass that bounced off Eric Dickerson.  Green jukes Dickerson, blows by him and takes off for a 72-yard touchdown.  At the time Dickerson was considered one of the best running backs and Green's schooling him like he was standing still was something to see.

  3. Probably never agian

  4. lester hayes willie brown deion sanders roger wehrli are the best ever, btw rod woodson was a safety.

  5. He was the third best corner imo, but the best person. I would still rather have Rod Woodson, then Deion, then Green as a player, but Green first, as a person than anyone at any position. 20 years for the same team, that says something about the man.

  6. I actually think that Deion Sanders was better then Darrell Green so yeah
