Question:

After the contract My agency made me sing a Inventory form before seeing the house with damage

Before having the key of the flat and before checking it I had to sign a inventory form without comments. They said that it would be considered valid in case I had not comment about the situation of the flat within seven day.

I checked the situation of the flat, I found several damage to the floor, doors and walls and I wrote all comment within that seven days.

I am concerned about the fact that the comments are only on my copy (inventory form), but not in the first one.

When I brought my inventory in your office, they made a photocopy but you did not stamp it so my copy is without evidence of being within seven days.

How I can know that the first inventory form (without comments) is no more valid?

Can I annul the first one? How?

Thank you

  1. Your daft to sign anything before seeing it.Fax a copy to their office. That

will be dated. You should contact the citizens advice.Sounds like you got

    a bum deal.

  2. WRite out you own inventory and call you lanlord, tell them that the agents did such a bad job of it and you are not please, invite him/her around and run though it again with them.

if they are managing the property go to the office and be nice and ask them about the situation, ask them if they would sighn ur inventory and shreed the old one, if u dont be nice they will s***w you up
