I'm representing a buyer in a transaction in L.A County .Ca. We where abbout to ask for an extension of the removal of contingencies so we can resolve the request of repairs(that was goin back and forth)

when she call me and asked me to

remove the ingencies , she want it to comply with the 17 days, I adviser we didn't need to . The sellers agent already agreed vervaly to extend it, and we just needed to submit the request,she said "I want you to remove them". Next day she call me and e-mail me like 3 times asking me to tell the S.A. to not to present it , she did not agreed with it , did not know what she was signing. ( She is a college professor with a P.H.D) i call the agent , she already communicated the receipt , so didn know for sure if it was possible to avoid presenting the removal of cont.Well my client said I thought you where working in my behalf" I want to cancell the deal" I sent her the cancellation form (I let her know she may loose her deposit)she said she never received it. 2 days later she calls the sellers agent saying she wants to continue but wants nothing to do with me.And that she was at work and will call her later after work. This was yesterday morning. Now she does not even answer the sellers agent either. We do not know what do.Help. Help.

  1. Umm ... maybe you should ask the broker for your office rather than asking a long, convoluted, and rather confusing (because of misspellings and other typos) question on Yahoo Answers.

  2. Talk to your Broker. It sounds like you are not going to save this transaction. Ask your client what else is going on? Something has happened and if you know you may be able to help. If not with this house then with another.

  3. a; use spell check;

    b; contact your broker. DO not even try to continue with out him/her

    involved.

    c; you may be entitled to a commission as the law says "bring a

    ready, willing and able buyer to the table and you have done that."

  4. You need to read your Questions prior to submitting them.

  5. This is one agent to avoid.
