There are going to be reporters there - but will they be allowed to talk to the golfer?

Apparently not, not quite sure what benefit the reporters will have in being invited to watch Woods give his statement, since they've been told that Woods won't be accepting any questions. If this is Woods' attempt to address the matter once and for all, though, it's surely misguided - without properly answering the difficult questions now, surely they're just going to continue to haunt him at future press conferences and public appearances?
