After using SharePod can I get those songs to iTunes?

My computer that has iTunes no longer works so I was considering sharepod, to get the songs off my iPod and onto my laptop, If I do this, will i need a new iTunes account too? Or can I use my existing one from the broken computer? And the most important thing: When the songs are on sharepod, HOW DO I GET THEM TO ITUNES? Thanks!!

You can use the one from the old computer. You click CTRL-A and click copy to PC. Make sure you change the Directory to something like C:\Music and then go into iTunes and go to File>Add to Library and click on the folder.
