It is an REI Sub-Kilo +20F bag that i took to a front loader machine to wash. The hood is where it's clumped the worst. Is it salvagable?

  1. Put your bag in dryer with a pair of sneakers on low heat, this should resolve your problem. I have done this with my downbags an pillows.

  2. As MMT suggested, tennis balls works for me.

  3. The sneakers would work but might be more than a little noisy.  I keep a couple of "clean" tennis balls handy for pillows, comforters and the like.  Just toss the sleeping bag in the dryer with a couple of tennis balls and let it run on low or fluff for 30 min.  See if that helps!
