After watching the anime. wallflower, which chapter would it be best to start from in the manga?

I've just watched the anime and don't want to re-read the manga from the start, where would the best place to start reading be? or does the anime not really follow the manga that much?

I both watched AND read the whole series, there's a lot of different changes in the anime so I guess i cant give you a good chapter to start from, just go to a bookstore and skim through some of the books... I guess.
