After workout weak muscles?

after you workout are your muscles going to be alot weaker the next day?

  1. They won't be extremely weaker. They really shouldn't be weaker at all. They should be sore which is could because that means that your building muscle.

    but just soar which may feel like your weaker

      

  3. not necesarily. it depends on how hard the workout, how long you workout for, doing what kind of exercises/routine. but if its your first time working out and you lift weights, your muscles will most likely be sore afterwards.

  4. The day after a good workout your muscles need to rest. Yes, they will normally be a little weaker, depending on the intensity of yeaterday's workout. So rest them. Don't test them.

  7. Not really as weak as tired your muscles have been expanding and contracting, and that is a lot of work being done on you muscles. So they will fell strained but as soon a you are fully awake the will be better.
