After you're done using the Tobi steamer, do you leave the water in the tank or empty it each time?

I don't know what the TOBI steamer is, but I know that all manufacturers tell you to emty the water out of irons and steamers.

Definitely empty it out and dry it after each use. If you close it with liquid still in it, it can become moldy, since moisture breeds bacteria and mold.

If it becomes clogged, I would try cleaning it out with hot water and white vinegar.
