how often do you have to workout that area in a month to keep it in shape so you don't lose the muscle

  2. well you would only have to rep the same weight regularly to keep the muscle

    but i dont think you would loose it anyways unless the situation occurs that your body is not getting enough calorie than it needs, so it might break down that muscle for energy
