After you have your nose pierced, how long is it until you can swim in a lake?

I have had my nose pierced for 11 days now, and I am going to France in 2 weeks. In France I will be doing wind surfing and I am not sure whether I can go swimming in the lake. Please can you help?

you have to wait for a week, but when you go to france it should be fine, i have mine pierced and i went to the beach 2 weeks after i got it.
