After you suie a company Insurence can you come back and suie the company for Improper training?

I was hurt on the job and now awaiting to be released from the doctor, So now I'm woundering after the Insurence company, can I go back and get the company.

If you collect workers compensation, you cannot sue your employer for neglect.  To do that, you must refuse the workers comp check.

Basically, you can sue OR collect workers comp.  Not both.
