  1. When you take out your contacts, rinse the case out with solution.  Then let the case air dry during the day.  Use new solution every night.  Never use tap water on your contacts or your case.  :)

  2. You need to pour out the old solution every time you take your contacts out of the case.  The solution pulls proteins out of your contacts, and that protein ends up in the solution.  I also recommend rinsing the case with warm or hot water after you dump the solution out.

  3. Yes, you do have to empty the solution from soaking your contacts.  Once you have placed your contacts in the solution in the case, you have started the removal of debris from the lenses, which will then contaminate the solution and be able to recontaminate lenses placed back in the solution.  Hope this helps, keep those contacts clean and you will have healthier eyes, been using contacts for 23 years with VERY few problems except during allergy season.

  4. I always dump the solution out of the case, rinse it with water, and dry it out with a clean cloth. I rinse the lids too. By leaving old solution in the case you risk the chance of growing bacteria. I do not refill mine until I put my contacts back in at the end of the day. I've had inflammation of the eyes in the past and I take no chances.

  5. always put in new solution. squirt your case with the solution to clean it out, close it up and refill it when you put your contacts back in.

i think that answers your question, not intirely sure what your asking :/
